Eric M. Abramson graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1981. Since his admission to the California Bar in 1982 he has exclusively represented individuals and families in wrongful death, products liability, aviation, bad faith and medical malpractice cases.

Eric is Board Certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), which is a national, invitation-only organization of civil trial lawyers. Membership in ABOTA is reserved to trial lawyers who have extensive trial experience and the highest reputation in the legal community for honesty and integrity. He served on the Board of Governors of the Hastings College of the Law Alumni Association, and was the President of the Alumni Association in 1997-98.

Eric frequently serves as an arbitrator by appointment of the San Francisco and Marin County Superior Courts and has served as a judge pro-tem. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California Board of Governors, San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association Board of Directors, Bar Association of San Francisco, Marin County Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
